Windows Malware with no Filename or Path. Quarantine Manager cannot Cleanup

I get pop-up Warning Messages every now and again that Sophos has detected threats.  When I open the Quaranteine Manger it lists the offending Malware and/or Trojans but there is no Filename.  It does show Cleanup as the Action Available.  When I look at the details for each (there are now 6), they are all exclusively Windows-related and have no Path, Filename or Original Location. Consequently, QM can not Cleanup any of these... it just runs and runs without ever completing the task.  If I clear these from the list, they reappear in the future.  I don't know how to remedy this situation.  Sophos can remove what it can't find... but it seems to be finding, and re-finding these same threats over and over again.  When I run actual Scans, these Threats do not show up.  I'm running v. 9.0.8, Threat detection engine 3.50.1, Threat data 4.98 on an iMac running OS 10.9.2.

If it helps the specific threats listed are... Troj/ClnjM-Gen, Mal/QTWaik-A, Mal/Tracur-A, Mal/TDSSPack-Q, and Troj/ASFDldr-C.

Thanks.

Have a look in the log to see where the item is located - that's the first step.  The videos below may help.
