Clean up - How long??

I found an old treat tonight, from Nov. 2012. I followed procedures to clean it up, and the cleanup started ("cleanup in progress"), but it's been going for about half an hour ... should it take this long? This is the first threat SAV has found, so I'm not familiar with the process. Is it hung?

Should I restart the program?

Is half an hour a reasonable time to cleanup a threat?

    Cleanup may take a minute tops - otherwise it's stuck trying to cleanup something that doesn't exist, has moved, or is in a location that SAV doesn't have write (delete) access to.

    I'd suggestion clearing the item from the list, run a fresh scan, and see if it comes back.  It may not (perhaps because it was originally in a web browser cache or somewhere similar).  If it does and cleanup is still getting stuck: check the path to the item and see where it's located.
