Impossible to delete Mal/Pish-A

Hi everybody,

My sophos antivirus has detected the virus Mail/Pish-A. After start cleaning the virus disappears well, but it come back few minutes after. I repeat this operation several time without success.

Could you help me to remove once and for all.

I join a screen shot in attachment.

The detection has been posted before. It's most likely because of an IMAP connection to your webmail provider: Your email is downloaded to your computer, SAV scans and finds an item, you clean up the threat and because it is still on the server it's downloaded again.

Log into your webmail using a browser, locate the mail and delete from there. If you don't get the right email or your email address receives another copy the detection and experience can happen again.
