I can't believe how disappointed I was! Had high hopes for SAV HE. Have MBP-R, Mavericks, & this seemed ideal exra protection So far I have downloaded twice, uninstalled once. I now get a scan window, an install window, but no icon, no preferences. My first install gave me an icon, did a scan; then "outdated files"; for Update Now , got: "could not contact primary server". I tried checking preferences, then Console: "authentication error" (have no idea where to get "updating credentials" required); then finally lost all access to everything but the INSTALL window, no icon, just listing in Home folder "Applications", which brings up a "scans" window. Which is where it stands with second install: no icon, no access other than the scan window. Totally useless. It's probably my fault, but the day has gone by and no happy ending. Bye, bye SAV!
