OSX/Flshplyr-E

I have the trojan OSX/Flshplyr-E stuck in my /Library/Application Support/Apple/.SafariArchive.tar.gz

I have followed all instructions including making the manual cleanup scan of /Library/Application Support/Apple/ set to delete, but the trojan persists.

I run the scan repeatedly and it keeps finding and not deleting it.

Please help me get rid of this virus!

Also, I believe the person who gave the advice wants a sample of the infected file, but I zealously deleted it before I read that.
