Problems with Auto Update v9.0.1

Hi

I used to have a full license for Sophos (MS and MAC) and having removed it and downloaded the free Mac version but my old credentials for auto update still appear and are greyed out even when I unlock my preferences.

Having removed this Mac version and then reloaded it the same problem persists.

What should I do to be able to remove the old credentials - when I install the program it only asks me for admin password to install - no other pop ups occur etc.

    What version was on there before (when it wasn't the free version)?  And how did you remove it?  Or did you upgrade over the top?

    Have you attempted to remove version 9 before reinstalling?  And if so how did you do this?

    I'm asking because a lot of people tend to follow different methods of removing.
