Instsallation (Mac)

I installed the program on my Mac but the "black Shield" did not show up in the dock. Help!

    So you opened the DMG, ran the installer, it said it completed and you have Sophos Anti-Virus in your /Applications folder, but no shield in the menu bar?

    First, try restarting your computer and see if it comes up when you log in.  If it doesn't, we'll need a bit more info.

    First question is: what OS do you have?
