Sophie's clean up fails

Hi
I have had an alert for a threat - Trojan/BedoAj-AA.
I have tried the clean up as directed but after a long time I get get the message clean up failed... Is there anything I can do?
is my mac safe to use?

    I have just the same problem only I have 2 supposed trogans and the cleanup fails - having deleted a years worth of backup and tried everything to remove them I am thinking they dont exist

    can someone please help with this ?
