Manual Cleanup

Hi,

This is my first post and I need help. :)

I did a scan last night and got a message from Quarantine Manager that "cleanup failed".

What the file is is:

OSX/Geonei-A

It seems it was there the last few scans and I never picked up on it.

I have tried to understand posts on how to manually delete this file but I am not that computer literate. I can show pictures of what it is telling me - perhaps someone can tell me what is missing so I can do a custom scan?

I think I have attached a screen capture of this threat but I don't know how to fix it. It shows a July date which is the first time it showed up but I never noticed it. There have been a couple more scans in between then and last night when I got the latest notification.

I think I have the right path but don't know what to do with it. I think something is missing.

Also - If I buy the paid version of Sophos, would that make it easier to fix, as in someone would be able to directly help me by phone or ?? I live in Canada.

This is really bothering me because I don't know what this threat is and it's going to drive me nuts until I get rid of it. :)

Thank you.
