not able to clean up OSX/Yontoo-B

Hello. I have version 9.0.11. Threat detection engine 3.51.0 

Most recent scan found threat OSX/Yontoo-B, filename of trzeu.zip which I cannot find. 

Clean up will not work.

What can I do to remove it now?

    Can't say for sure.  Maybe it was (is), or maybe the item was in a temporary location like a web browser cache that got cleared out.

    You could obviously scan the Time Machine volume again - maybe set up a custom scan of just that volume.  That would give a clearer idea.
