repeating backtrace log

I was looking into a problem with a friend's Mac and noticed it has this repeating log entry from SophosUIServer. I'm not sure it has anything to do with her problem, but I checked my Mac out and it has this repeating message as well. In fact, it basically fills up the entire console log. Everything seems to repeat endlessly except the first line, which appears to be unique. We're both running Sophos Home Edition 9.1.5 on OS X 10.9.5. Anyone know what this means?

  • Can you give some additional details about the computer which is having this problem? The stack trace shows our software is crashing, but its at a point deep inside the operaitng system. I just read through the code for the "backgroundServiceDidFinishLaunching" method and there isn't anything suspicious. We'll need some ability to reproduce this problem in order to fix it.
