Using Mac OSX 10.6.8, Firefox 33 and Sophos Home Edition 9.2.2
My computer crashed after what I think was some sort of electrical incident in my home (I heard a loud noise and then the screen was black). My wifi was on at the time. I turned computer back on and then restarted it, so it would shut down and restart properly. As always after computer being off, I clicked Sophos "update now" . I rcd message that said "could not pdate Sophos Anti-Virus" and "verify error: 26 October 2014 9:12". I turned SAV off and turned it back on, and tried again. I have tried many times but keep getting the same message.
What should I do? Am I protected?
