Threat: Troj/Badsrc-M detected ,Access to the file denied. Where to now?

This malware shows up in web pages; likely, you were browsing to a page that had an additional payload, and when you left  the page, the web cache was cleared and so Sophos' detection went away (the content was no longer loaded on your computer).  You can check the sophos scan log file if you want to find out the specifics.

Thank you for your reply.  So I guess, in the future, in my preferences. I should not put down an option "deny access to file"  , and to remedy the situation,, and to be able to see

some action being taken in the Logs,, I should give instructions to " Remove" ?

Either that, or just leave it as-is, and know that you're being protected from the malicious website code before anything permanent is stored on your computer.

I just rec'd the Sophos pop-up about this malware, am about to run the scan.

Looks like the malware redirected me to another website.

I was trying to access this one:

http://www.bayareaopenmics.com/venue.php?dayRef=5&regionRef=2

But it redirected me to this one:

http://dph00illi.rr.nu/n.php?h=1&s=mm

And then that's when the Sophos alert popped into view.

Do you advise I alert the webmaster at the site I was trying to access?

Yes please; that means that the website in question has been compromised and is hosting a redirect to the Flashback.N malware.  If they're infected, they are running an out of date server application (old WordPress, Drupal, etc.).  They should not only clean the malicious code off their site, but also patch their server.
