Sophos crashes

I have found evidence of a large number of crashes of the Sophos software in the system logs and thought they might
be of value to your your software team. I am not looking for a response but I am happy to provide any additional information that would be of use to you.

I have attached a zip file containing a large number of crash reports.

    Cool, we like to hear about these types of deep lurking bugs. We think its related to some path that is in you Quarantine Manager. When we add it for rescan, it causes the code to crash.

    Can you send me a copy of your QM filepath database? Its located in "/Library/Sophos Anti-Virus/quarantine_0501.db". We should be able to identify the cause by seeing the contents. Note that this file contains pathnames to files on your system but does not contain the actual quanatined files. The only thing we'll see is what you can see using the Quarantine Manager user interface. But it still makes sense to review that information to ensure you aren't sending us anything confidential.
