    Hello hcluks,

    you aren't talking about the Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac HE, are you? The HE version is not a trial but free, there is no trial or other password you could lose - except the one for the admin account which you'll need for a number of other things. As for uninstalling and other technical questions please see the Mac tools help board.
