I permanently trashed the uninstaller …

My university provides a comprehensive and powerful virus scan and protection program for free. In order to install it, I have to uninstall the free home Sophos program. I stupidly trashed the whole Sophos folder instead, and routinely secured the empty trash—no way to get it back. My new anti-virus program tells me it still can't install because Sophos hasn't been uninstalled. I've used Spotlight to detect and trash all the files using "Sophos" in their names, but I guess there must be others. I don't know how to make use of the information in the attached error message to find them.

I badly need the new program, since the way my machine is acting suggests it has a virus that managed to get around Sophos before any of this occurred. Any ideas gratefully received.
