custom scan

Hello. My Mac has about 20 trojans and maybe a worm. I would like to have a professional take care of this because I am getting stuck trying to create even one custom scan. Will it be very harmful to my computer and info if I wait 24-48 hours to get these cleaned up? Thanks Nicole

    Hello Nicole ,

    you don't need a professional, please see merril444's step-by-step guide . If you click the link in Quarantine manager's Threat column it will take you to the analysis which will tell you more about the threat (it might only affect Windows for example and thus not be harmful to your Mac - but you should get rid of  it nevertheless).
