Sophos Antivirus and Threats with no Location

Okay, so Sophos popped up a message warning me it had found a threat, and when I opened the quarantine manager, the threat it found is of type "Mal/Phish-A", but it has no filename/location. If I try to use the Clean Up Threat option nothing happens, it just says cleaning up and seemingly makes no progress.

I'm assuming it has something to do with web or e-mail threats that maybe don't have a proper location, but it's happened several times now and it's getting annoying, but I don't want to disable threat alerts or enable clean up as the default response.

Does anyone else have this issue? What can I do about it? I don't visit disreputable websites so it shouldn't be that that's the issue, so I'm assuming it's phishing e-mails, which I get a lot of but send to junk, bounce back or report.
