Looks like a threat is now part of my backup

Hi

I'm realtively new to Sophos.  I have been able to delete threats detected in the past.  

There is a Malware threat that appears.  My problem is that I cannot delete it via the Sophos console.  When I follow the paths it looks like it is also being stored in my backup copies made with Timemachine.  The Timemachine backups are stored on one external hard drive and a backup of those backups is stored on another external drive.  

I'm using Mavericks now.

I like to avoid deleting backups, becuase that seems to create its own set of problems.

I cannot make my Sophos dialogue window any larger to see the full path.

What information do I need to include on this forum to better get the help I need?
