Whitelist Virus Updates Download Servers ?

Greetings~

My firewall blocks a lot of outbound connections, and therefore I would like to "whitelist" sophos updates.

Doing a tcpdump seems to show akami as a possible update site... this is bad as there is no easy way for me to whitelist akami.

Can anyone point me to a list of approved sophos servers for virus definition updates?
