auto update failed

Hey guys,

My SAV auto update isn't working anymore. Everytime it tries to update, the same error message appears: "unable to update SAV". Sometimes it does download some files but at the end of the updating process, the error message still pops up. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

    Does it download all files (you'll see a number) then fail to update, or only some files?

    It doesn't always show the number of files it's downloading. But it seems to me that it downloads all of them and then fails to update. I've had this error message for about 5 months now but first I didn't really realise that there was something wrong. 

    I've got version 4.9.37, is this maybe a problem, too?

    5 months?  I think you might be in the wrong forum.... What version of SAV do you have installed?  MacHomeAV has only been available for less than a month, and the equivalent Enterprise version has only been available since September.

    Thanks a lot for your help. I'm sorry, I must have mistaken my SAV for the MacHomeAV. A friend of mine just told me that I should talk to the guys I got my MacBook from.
