When trying to install the software I get a message saying that it is unable to install because "another version Sophos anti-virus software, which is not compatible with this version, is already installed". It tells me I must remove it before I can continue. I did have a Sophos program on my computer which I thought I had fully removed, but it just won't work?
Does anyone have any idea on how I can fully remove any residue of the prior program and continue installing the new software?
