Regarding Sophos Update

Dear All,

My sophist is not working properly. MY some client suddenly stops updating. If I try to update from sophist shield. It gives message that can not contact to the server.

    Have you switched from using a direct ethernet connection to using WiFi?  If you search the forums, that's usually where this sort of problem comes from.  I'm not sure what fix will work for you; there are a number of things that have worked for others on the forums.
