Manual Clean-up Doesn't seem to Work

I have been trying to do a manual clean-up of Mal/ObfJS-B and Troj/ObfJS-BK.  I've set up custom scans; ran them several times; and keep getting "threat detected" back after the scans.  Any suggestions? Thx!

    These are likely being detected on cached web files.  If your browser keeps re-caching the page, you're going to keep re-detecting the malware.

    Best bet is to isolate which browser window is causing the detection and close it.
