Mac OS 10.8.3 update killed my Sophos

Hi, I just updated to Mac OS 10.8.3 and now On-Access scanning is disabled. When I boot up Sophos Antivirus it won't do scans. I cannot make any changes to On-Access in the preferences. Anyone else having this problem?

Same here. Updated today to 10.8.3. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Now I'll uninstall again. iMac Core2 Duo 3Ghz 4Gb RAM. Hoping for a solution.
