Ever since I upgraded to Mavericks a couple of days ago Sophos wants to keep downloading an unusual amount of time.
Because this is costing me money in bandwidth, I want to know if this is unusual. I cannot force quit Sophos and can only get the downloading to stop by restarting.
Just now I restarted in the middle of downloading and when I came back up I hovered over the Sophos icon and it says "up to date" which sounds wrong. How can it be up to date if I interrupted it??
Also, if I cannot stop this I want to be able to take Sophos out of the start up list, but don't know how.
