mal/cryptbox

I keep getting Mal/CryptBox-A and it says I have to restart to clean it up. I have done this multiple times and it still comes up in the scans so it's clear it's not actually cleaning it up at restart. I'm not sure how to make it fix it.

  • This is a product issue... the restart is required on WIndows machines, and the Mac product appears to be getting confused.  If you look in the logs and find the location of the file, you can manually delete it from your system to resolve the issue.  Doing a custom scan and selecting "delete" may also work.
