Trying to install latest version of virus removal tool but I get this message.
Another version of this product is already install. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove on the Control Panel.
There is no listing of Sophos Antivirus Tool in my Add/Remove list, how do I get past this.
