has anyone heard of this ispavid.pkg virus/malware and can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

    That's MacDefender, and the components should be proactively detected and blocked by  SAV as OSX/FakeAvZp-C, OSX/FakeAV-DWN and OSX/FakeAV-DWI.  To delete it, just drag it out of your downloads folder and drop it in the trash.  If you've actually installed and run it, you'll need to use Activity Monitor.app to force quit the MacProtect/MacShield/MacDefender process, then go into your System Preferences, click Accounts, select Login Items, and use the "-" to delete the associated login item.
