iOS Authenticator App

Hello, I have downloaded the iOS authenticator app in order to use it for two-step authentication purposes, but are there any guides for setting up? The app requested for a Key32 token, what is that?

Sophos have a few different apps but an 'iOS authenticator app' doesn't ring a bell. Is this an actual Sophos app?
