Strange Reappearing Preference Files

I get warnings of corrupt preference files, delete them, and then they reappear within a day. They have 2009 modification dates - Anyone know what program is creating them? 

File: "com.SYSUSA.Elater.plist"
File: "com.roverbetter.outspeak.plist"
File: "com.IncorPartners.Allure.plist"
File: "com.Wewique.Depolarization.plist"

    Do you have a list of what processes are running on your system?

    None of those sound like common plist entries to me.

    However, here are some guesses on what to look for:

    File: "com.SYSUSA.Elater.plist": www.sysusa.com - enterprise information security solutions
    File: "com.roverbetter.outspeak.plist": roverbetter.com - fitness software (iApp?)
    File: "com.IncorPartners.Allure.plist": RFID software?
    File: "com.Wewique.Depolarization.plist": either image processing software, or possibly www.ique.com/M_Player.htm

    Some of them could possibly be iOS plist files, depending on where they're showing up.

    This is all conjecture.
