Failed To Download Update (Sophos Primary Server Down?)

As of Sep 23rd, 10:00am PST, Sophos MacHomeAV can not download update. Is Sophos Primary Server down? Or do I have other problem for only my Mac? I use MacHomeAV for MacAir with Lion.

How did you fix it? Haven't been able to update for the past 10 minutes or so with the same "Could not contact primary server" message :-(
