Problems Installing Sophos Anti Virus for Mac

I'm trying to install new Sophos for Mac application but am getting messages that there is older version of Sophos on my computer. I've removed the old version by dragging it to the trash and emptying the trash, but I'm still getting the same error message. Thoughts?

    Hi Tara,

    There should be an uninstaller: "Remove Sophos Anti-Virus.pkg" in /Library/Sophos Anti-Virus.  That is the Library folder in the root of the startup disk, not the Library folder in your home folder.  Running that will remove everything except old logs.
