From the manual for sweep:

OPTIONS

-all   Scan all files, regardless of filename extension

ENGINE CONTROL OPTIONS

-f     Do full scan

-q     Do quick scan - not full scan

What's the difference between scanning all files, and a full scan?

In what ways is a quick scan quicker?
