I am a big fan of Sophos and have converted many large companies to their Microsoft version. So I installed the MAC version (no problems) and ran a full scan. A trojan was found and put into the quarantine manager? I am not actually sure this occurred since the steps below say you have to use the full path where the trojan is located. It says threat cannot be cleaned up and select it for manual directions. Unfortunately there are NO MAC cleanup directions where you expect them to be and I noticed that Sophos does not provide support for the MAC version in any manner. Too bad becuase I was really looking forward to this working out. But problems on day 1? Sophos - unless you provide at least email support I will uninstall.
UPDATE - Buried are some directions that cause an error to occur in the software but after several attempts it may have cleared the threat. I am willing to provide information to Sophos if they want it. But basically the error occurs when you try to do a custom scan to the path of the threat and an error occurs saying that "/" is not allowed.
