PC can't replicate to server farm via port TCP 48625

Dear Sophos Community,

I would appreciate any help you can offer. I am trying to setup a computer to replicate to a server farm we purchase space on. It replicates over port TCP 48625.

I have tried setting up exclusions for Intrustion Protection, Anti-Port scan, etc. to the IP of computer. Any thoughts? I am new to the Sophos enviroment I am using the Sophos Astro Security Gateway V8.
