Firewall thinks that AutoUpdate is downloading viruses

Installed Sophos AV for Mac...first update failed.  My system sits behind a SonicWall TZ210 UTM firewall.  Analysis of the log confirms that the failed update is blocked/stopped by the firewall.  See attached screenshot from the FW log.  The Gateway antivirus stops the transmission for suspicious content.  Any ideas on correcting this?  Otherwise, I can't use Sophos on my computer.  Thx

    from the rather scant description at SonicALERT this looks like a false positive by SonicWALL. Neither are Sophos' .xml files Advanced Stream Redirector (.asx) files nor do they contain <ref> tags. Can't say though how to deal with it in SonicWALL.
