Threat Clean-Up Stalls

Hi this is the first time it has happened, but Sophos detected a threat and has been in the process of cleaning it up for over 12 hours. This never happened before, so I am wondering if there is a bug in the software. I have tried to do an automatic update of software, but there does not seem to be an update that solves this issue.

The location of the item is probably causing the problem.

The screenshot hints at the file being in an email attachment. Can you look in the log and see the full path?

Where are the logs for SAV for Mac?

Maybe try the 'reveal in finder' button too.
