Mal/encPk-CZ quarantined on Mac.

Is this a real threat and if so, how do I get rid of it manually?

I (hopefully) removed the Mal/encPk-CZby going to the Sophos Quarantine folder and selecting the infected Zip file and moving it to the trash then emptied the trash. Is there any where else that I'd need to look for infected files?

Once you have run a scan you can use the Quarantine Manager to deal with threat and cleanup/delete from there.
