Over the last few weeks, I have been getting emails that would set off the quarantine manager. But as of 2 days ago I am seeing emails again. However this time quarantine manager is not catching them. Now when I run a scan it is stalling and seems like the scan is never complete. Today when ran the scan I looked at the log and saw that 'Mal/Generic-S was detected, but is not showing up in quarantine manager.
Any help on removing the threat would be most appreciated! Thank you!
