Hi. This is my first venture into this group and I've read all the postings that I thought might apply to my problem, but haven't found a match.
The periodic Scan Local Drives identified 4 Trojan threats in Quarantine Manger. One of them it was able to resolve, the other 3 say Clean up manually.
I've read the Sophos Help Info and some of the solutions posed in the threads, but none of them work for my situation.
I gather that I'm supposed to unlock the Quarantine Manager and select the Trojans and move them to a Custom Scan in the Sophos Scans. I've tried that
but when they're selected, they won't drag. I've never used the Custom Scan feature and maybe there's some setting up required before it will accept Trojans,
but when I select a Trojan and try to drag it, it won't move from it's spot. Anybody have any idea what I might be doing wrong?
