I am running 10.6.8 on MacBook Pro. Sophos is version 9.1.5.
Yesterday upgraded iTunes to version 11.4 ..... and now Sophos icon is grayed out shows "On-Access Scanning Disabled"
Don't know if iTunes is the culprit.
I deleted: 1) com.sophos.macendpoint.Sophos-Anti-Virus.plst and 2) com.sophos.ui.plst from Preferences
Rebooted computer and still NO scanning
How do I get Sophos to start scanning again?
