Sophos not removing the threat

Hi,

Sophos has been trying to clean up two files for over twenty hours and the dial on the Sophos icon just keeps turning. Is this usual or should it be done by now? The files in the Quarantine manager are called Troj/Invo-Zip and Mal/BredoZp-B

Search the log for mentions of the detection and find the path(s) to the threat.

Chances are that the item is located in a backup or other non-writeable location that SAV can read from but can't then get into to delete.
