4 CLEAN UP FAILURES - HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN GETTING MAIL DELIVERY FAILURES COMING OUT OF MY E-MAIL FOR THE LAST 72 HOURS. MY SERVER (RCN) SHUT DOWN MY EMAIL FOR THE FIRST 48  HOURS OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED 72 AND TOLD ME I HAD BEEN HACKED. THEY SUGGESTED YOU. MY EMAIL IS STILL **bleep**ED!!!!!   I AM FRUSTRATED BEYOND DESCRIPTION.   YOUR ICON IS IN MY DOCK WITH A YELLOW TRIANGLE EXCLAMATION POINT!!! AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!  PLEASE HELP ME!!

    OK, you have a lot of items detected and you are fustratrated.  But why type in full caps and shout on this forum at us? What did we do? :smileyindifferent:

    Off the top of my head I'd said: you have lots of things in the quarantine manager, maybe (likely) you scanned the entire Mac and all local drives, the scanner found lots of things in backups and volumes it cannot get full access to.  Therefore it's found things but can't delete them.

    I'd suggest checking the logs for the full path to the item in the logs (as I assume the QM doesn't mention it).  Then, if they are all in a backup volume or email, deal with as required - but first find where they are.
