Corrupt install?

Has my installation of Sohpos corrupted Google Chrome? My console constantly spits out this error.

2013-07-05 5:04:59.251 PM Google Chrome[233]: Cannot find function pointer SUMCMPluginFactory for factory C1DF11E5-FD12-45AD-BBE4-EE058CB88A16 in CFBundle/CFPlugIn 0x7a2c92e0 </Library/Contextual Menu Items/Sophos Anti-Virus.plugin> (not loaded)

Should I uninstall then reinstall either Chrome or Sophos?

Is anyone able to assist with this? I can see from Google searches that there are others who have had this issue go unreseolved.
