Sophos for mac issues

Hi,

I've installed sophos free for mac but since I have several issues:

- I've tried to scan my drive, but it does not complete

- Since I've installed Sophos, preview crashes when viewing photos. It crashes on both of the users on the mac, while viewing jpegs or canon raw

My mac is using mountain lion updated, using the latest version of sophos. It's the latest version of the mini (late 2012) with an i7 and a owc fusion drive.

    Hi All

    Hope you can help me too. - I seem to have a similar problem to previous writer.

    I have been using Sophos Home edition for some time wnd am very happy with it.

    This weekend I updated my copy - that is when the trouble started.

    At first the fresh install failed a couple of times, but eventually installed correctly.

    When I ran my first scan with the updated program, it froze after running (correctly) for 20 minutes or so.

    I had to shut down and start again. The same thing happened a couple of more times, before I gave up as a bad job and uninstalled my copy of Sophos.

    I would like to get Sophos Home edition running properly on my iMac once again.

    I am running with Snow Leopard OSX Version 10.6.8

    All help gratefully received.

    Ran Onyx (System maintenance tool).

    Re-installed Sophos Home edition.

    Ran full scan.

    Pleased to report SOPHOS Running AOK now !
