Recover Infected file from quarantine

Sophos for mac detected windows infected file. How do i recover file from quarantine?

    Hello bjcb,

    the quarantine is ("just") a listing of detected threats, the associated locations (files) and possible actions on them. The files still reside in their original places (unless someone else has them removed) but subsequent access attempts will be intercepted by the on-access scanner. Now, it depends on the (possible) threat detected whether it is wise to "recover" the file or not. That it is "Windows" (not clear what that signifies here - guess the analysis listed Windows as affected OS) shouldn't matter much. Why do you think you need it?
