Need Quarantine Manage Help

This is my first time writing on this forum. I received a Virus Warning for three days. I clicked on Quarantine Manager, and was able to clean up. However, the same one I received today will not allow me to clean up this time. This is the virus it claims.

Mal/Zbot-PA

Can someone help me, please? I am worried about this. I don't know why quarantine manger won't clean up.

I can't say why you are unable to remove it--might be located somewhere in the system you don't have permission to venture--but that's a Windows only virus. Won't do anything on a Mac. You can leave it.

When I clicked on the virus name, this is what I got....I don't understand all of this....

All you need to know is (from the link you are showing) "Affected Operating Systems:Windows." As I said, it will do nothing on a Mac. It can't execute on a Mac. Someone may come in and assist you to remove it, but in the meantime it's absolutely nothing to worry about. It's harmless, you can leave it forever.

Failed cleanup is often because of the location - a Time Machine backup is common. Check the Sophos Anti-Virus.log for information...

And see the thread below for an explanation of logging if you need more info on that.
