Scan says issues detected....but nothing in the Quarantine Manager?

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I just ran a scan and it says "Issues detected"....but there is nothing listed in the Quarantine Manager, and the Scan Logs don't help (at least, they don't help me).  How do I find out what the "issues" are?  SAV v. 9.0.6, and I updated before I ran the scan.  Mac OS 10.9.1.
