WHen i want to start a scan using "scan this Mac" the window opens and it say's calculating and the bar spins but it stays like that for hours, I've let it run for three days and nothing just keeps calculating and spinning.
I tried uninstalling sophos and reinstalling from the sophos website and it is still happening.
Not sure if it was from the iOS7 software upgrade but possibly. Everything else is working fine on the MAC.
I am worried as maybe I don't have virus protection at its full potential, can anyone help me please??????
